Meet the Founder
Michael Davidson founded Basin Tech Solutions with a rare combination of agricultural experience, engineering expertise, and enterprise technology leadership. Raised in agriculture and now raising five children with his wife in Washington’s Columbia Basin, Michael understands the importance of hard work, dependable relationships, and technology that performs in real-world conditions.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University–Idaho and has held engineering and technical leadership roles across forage export operations, walnut processing, potato-equipment manufacturing, and several farming operations. His career has expanded from mechanical and controls engineering into software development, network administration, cybersecurity, industrial automation, and multidisciplinary project leadership.
Today, Michael also leads complex digital-integration projects supporting some of the world’s largest technology companies. He created Basin Tech Solutions to bring that breadth of enterprise-level experience to agricultural, industrial, and growing businesses—delivering practical solutions that reduce downtime, improve efficiency, strengthen security, and make complicated technology easier to manage.

Our Story
Basin Tech Solutions was founded in 2023 by Michael Davidson to give businesses that depend on technology access to dependable, high-level expertise.
Experience across dairy farms, agricultural operations, industrial plants, and corporate IT revealed a recurring challenge: many organizations needed one partner who understood both conventional business technology and the systems supporting real-world operations.
Basin Tech was created to close that gap with practical solutions, honest recommendations, and clearly defined service relationships.
